Ordering and inventory: collective CHAOS design does
not carry inventory. We are a custom design company and all
of our orders, except the couture, clearance items and items
available for rent, are made per-order. Currently all our sales
are carried out through www.etsy.com.
Please note that it will take an additional 2-4 weeks for the
made-per-order items to ship. Couture items are high-end designs
that are sold as is and will not be reproduced. Clearance items
are sold as is.

Renting: CCD offers a renting option on most
items availible for sale at the store. Please contact us fot
specific requests and item availability. Renting fees are estimated
per two-week periods. The rented item is required to be shipped
back on or before the due back date. Please read the renting
agreement here. All
items have to be returned to CCD is the same condition as received
and CCD reserves the right to determine the quality of that
condition. If the item is damaged, customer is responsible to
cover the damage fee. Please refer here
for proper care of garments.

Sizes and color selection: Since CCD is a custom
design company, most of our items are made per measure with
no extra charge. We will need your measurements at the time
of order or will request them at a later point. As a rule, we
will need bust, waist, hip and height measurements. Other measurements
are item specific.
CCD offers a wide selection of latex and feather colors and
most items can be color- customized.

Custom orders: collective CHAOS design accepts custom
orders for a service fee to be determined on per-project basis.

Shipping: All rented items will be shipped
within 2-3 business days from the payment clear date, unless
a different date is noted at checkout. Please note that it will
take an additional 2-6 weeks for the made-per-order items to
ship. Most of our orders ship via USPS Priority. Special shipping
services, if needed should be request by email or phone and
will be billed to the customer seperately. Insurance is included

Returns/exchanges: Since we do not carry inventory
and most of our items are custom made, CCD does not accept returns.
All unworn items, except undergarments and pasties, are subject
to a 14 day exchange policy on defective items. CCD reserves
the right to determine whether the item is "unworn"
or not and has the final say in granting the store credit for
the returned item.
